A FEW OF OUR RECENT FAVORITE PROJECTS
For this project, we added two custom-built decks to an existing home, along with a new sidewalk connecting the house to the driveway. The decks were designed to complement the home’s existing architecture while providing durable, functional outdoor living space for everyday use and entertaining.
Custom steel garage. For this residential project, we cleared and excavated an area adjacent to the customer’s existing driveway to construct a custom steel garage. The structure was designed with future interior buildouts in mind, including accommodations for a planned bathroom. Little Beaver State Park Bathhouse. For this project we built a new bathhouse for the camping expansion planned at Little Beaver State Park. This ADA accessible bathhouse included four full bathrooms with roll-in showers.
Playgrounds: A significant portion of many children's life-long memories will revolve around time spent on playgrounds. We are proud to have played a major role in the development and construction of several. View gallery.
Recreational Infrastructure: Twenty-three miles of rail trail run from Rainelle to Nallen, WV—and may someday also connect to the Gauley River. It's a wonderful recreational resource. Unfortunately, it was also in horrible shape. Enter Court Street Construction. We built literal bridges (and metaphorical bridges) while also beefing up the many drainage faults along the trail. Gymnasium Renovations: We recently took on renovations of gymnasiums for both Oak Hill High and Midland Trail High in Fayette County, WV. Both teams are going to drop some serious bombs in these gyms. View gallery.
WV State Capitol Guard House: Government contracts don't scare us. In fact, navigating the vagaries and nuances of pubic projects has become somewhat of a specialty for us. Take for example this guard house at the West Virginia State Capitol complex. View gallery.
Summers County Sidewalk Improvement: As part of the Summers County Sidewalk Improvement program, we completely rebuilt the walkways in front of the Summers County Courthouse, including adding a fully ADA-compliant wheelchair ramp. View gallery.

Outdoor Classrooms: In its ongoing effort to adapt to the age of Covid, Fayette County Public Schools tasked us with constructing a series of functional, aesthetic outdoor classrooms. View gallery.
Medical Center Renovations: Medical Center turned to us to renovate and modernize its space. As a medical facility, the changes needed to be state of the art, functional and attractive. View gallery.
